Poetry
Say it in verse, or at least a fair distance from the margins of the page! A poem that is beautiful, or funny, or challenging, or meditative can bring emotional responses to and thoughts about the wide and fuzzy topic of the feminine cycle into sharp focus, creating moments of empathy and understanding that may penetrate prejudiced and negative attitudes.
