This page showcases comedy routines, comic sketches, clowning, cartooning and other ways of making us laugh in relation to the feminine cycle.
Comedy has a way of stripping bare the funniest and sometimes the ugliest or saddest aspects of a person or an event, although it presents its subjects in such a way that we can laugh at them. It can thus enable us to see the truth while at the same time not taking it so seriously that we cut off from it immediately. In a way, it is subversive, as it makes uncomfortable things palatable, rendering them both accessible and memorable, and thereby may open minds and hearts to change.
